Pet Screenings Are Required
Here's How to Get Started
If you have applied, you must create a profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement even if you do not currently have a pet. If you have a pet, please click below to begin your application on PetScreening.com. There is a non-refundable animal application fee of paid directly to PetScreening.com. If you DO NOT have a pet, please log onto PetScreening.com to complete a no pet profile.
Breed Restrictions
Required Meet-N-Greet
Large dogs are welcome here; however, for the safety of our residents and other pets, breed restrictions apply. Dogs of a class with a known vicious or aggressive propensity will not be permitted. To view our list of restricted breeds please click below. Dogs weighing 50lbs. or more are required to be on the first floor. Dogs considered a mix of any of these breeds will not be permitted. All dogs are required to meet with the management staff and have a photo taken for final approval prior to move in. Each pet will be required to have updated veterinarian records showing all shots completed, including rabies. Management reserves the right to refuse any dog residency should they feel uncomfortable with a dog’s behavior, no matter the breed.
